New Mailing Address
So imagine our surprise when we went to pick up the Nothing New Press mail on Monday as usual, and the mailbox was permanently closed! We have had a permanent mailing address at one of those mailbox centers practically since our children were born, and we have used it for Nothing New Press mail, and CCH mail, all these years, since it was, well, permanent. Turns out it was not so permanent. So we have a new permanent mailing address, this time with the U.S. Postal Service, which we think will be permanent. It is:
Nothing New Press
P.O. Box 1109
Laporte, CO 80535
Any mail that has been sent to the other address will not be lost; it is being forwarded. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.
The NEW Classical Christian Homeschooling
We have been hard at work at the new design of Classical Christian Homeschooling. Our goal was to make the site less cumbersome, easier to use, and easier to navigate. Room to expand is built into the new design! We have hired a webmaster who is hard at work getting all the content uploaded and will be keeping all the links updated and the catalog programmed! This means Christine finally will have time to finish the website!! We will be in transition for a few months yet, but we couldn’t wait for the big unveiling! You can visit the newly redesigned site and see what we’re doing, but still access this site for all the old content. Once every scrap of information has been transferred, this site will disappear, and the new site will take its place.
Christine’s Blog: a little perspective
Christine has joined the blogging world! Visit her blog, a little perspective, where she discusses life, Western Civilization, education, and homeschooling from the biblical worldview. (Also pictures of the grandchildren show up from time to time.) Why We Homeschool will be posted on Christine’s blog from now on. “My first post was May 30, 2005, but since Homeschool Blogger was in beta testing, we were not supposed to announce it to the world. But I think the cat is out of the bag, so everyone come by and visit!”
