Free and Fair Elections Act
Following the disaster perpetrated by the television networks on Election Day, having interfered with the electoral process by erroneously projecting some states for one candidate while withholding calls of other states for another candidate, people throughout the United States are adamant that this never happen again. In order to effectuate a solution, legislation is proposed to prohibit the dissemination of any information, data, projections, or assessment of voting results while the election is still in progress, anywhere in the nation.

Hundreds of Felons Voted Illegally in Florida
Dec. 2, 2000: At least 445 felons - and probably thousands - voted illegally Nov. 7 in Florida, the Miami Herald reported Friday. And the vast majority of them are Democrats. Had these votes not been improperly included, President-elect Bush’s narrow lead in Florida’s popular vote would be greater.

Vote Fraud In Miami-Dade? Count on It
Nov. 21, 2000: In the frightening book Votescam: The Stealing of America, the authors proved that crooked poll workers in Miami-Dade County secretly punched holes in the computer punch card ballots before the election in order to predetermine the result. The authors had clandestinely videotaped the punching, and they had grabbed the boxes of ballots when the workers left them unattended.

Rapists and Murderers Voted
Nov. 18, 2000: The Miami Herald is reporting today that “[a]t least 39 felons – mostly Democrats – illegally cast absentee ballots in Broward and Miami-Dade counties in the Nov. 7 elections.”

Wisconsin Students Voted Early and Often
Nov. 14, 2000: Uncertainty about the outcome of the presidential election in Wisconsin was compounded Tuesday when the student newspaper at Marquette University reported that some students had admitted to voting more than once Nov. 7. Some said they voted four times because no one checked their identity.

Gore Lawyers Seek Illegal Absentee Votes
Nov. 13, 2000: A part-time resident of Boca Raton in embattled Palm Beach County says he got phone calls from two attorneys urging him to cast absentee ballots from outside the country when it was no longer legal to do so.

Sen. Bond Charges Vote Fraud in St. Louis
Nov. 10, 2000: Sen. Christopher Bond, R-Mo., Thursday charged there was widespread vote fraud in St. Louis on election night and asked the U.S. attorney and FBI to investigate. A heavy Democrat turnout in St. Louis led to the ouster of Sen. John Ashcroft, R-Mo., and the election of the late Gov. Mel Carnahan in Missouri’s U.S. Senate race. In the governor’s race, Democrat Bob Holden was elected over Republican Jim Talent by a narrow margin.

Pro-Gore Election Fraud
Nov. 10, 2000: A Democratic state senator had voters in Palm Beach County, Florida instructed on how to cast their ballots for Vice President Al Gore, a poll worker has revealed to NBC news. On Wednesday Palm Beach County poll worker Bernice Epstein told the network’s Greg Jarrett that Senator Ron Klein had her steer votes to Gore.

Forged Ballot Sparks Criminal Investigation
Nov. 9, 2000: The discovery of forged ballots in northern Florida has set off a probe of what may have been widespread fraud in connection with absentee ballots in the state. Moreover, the suggestion has been made that the U.S. Postal Service in Miami may have been involved.

Nov. 9, 2000: Conservatives, fearing that any George W. Bush victory in only the Electoral College (but not the popular vote) may leave him with a weak mandate, are prepared to challenge reports of fraud wherever it appears that Democrats may have attempted chicanery at the ballot box.

Nov. 8, 2000: As I sit here in the middle of the night and find out the vote is closer than anyone imagined in Florida, I am being visited by the ghost of Jim Collier. Jim and his brother Kenneth wrote a wonderful book called Votescam detailing the rampant voting fraud that regularly took place in South Florida.

Judge Orders Polls Open Late in St. Louis
Nov. 7, 2000: A federal judge in St. Louis has ruled that polls within the city will remain open until 9 CST this evening. However, another judge ruled that polls in Kansas City will not be open any extra hours. Attorneys for Missouri Democrats argued that lines at polling places were too long because of equipment problems in many St. Louis precincts. The Democrats’ attorneys say the polls needed to stay open to accommodate voters.

Democrat Vote Fraud Charged in Florida
Nov. 7, 2000: NewsMax.com’s “Man in Miami,” Jack Thompson, predicted Monday on NewsMax.com that Democrat vote fraud would occur in South Florida. The GOP in Broward County, the largest city of which is Fort Lauderdale, is alleging that voting irregularities are now occurring there. What follows is a press release in its entirety, received by Thompson from Republican Party of Broward County.

Unfair Elections in Indiana
Nov. 7, 2000: We pretend to present fair, unbiased, open elections to the people. Yet, in some places, nothing could be further from the truth. Did you know that in the state of Indiana all the Democrats on the ballot are highlighted in yellow? I kid you not. When I started getting phone calls on my radio show from startled Indiana voters, I thought they were joking. So I checked it out, and it’s true. When one goes to the polls in the Hoosier state, as one looks at the ballot, all the Democrats are highlighted in yellow.

Motor Voter Law Sparks Fraud
Nov. 7, 2000: More than 5,000 votes have been cast in Georgia during the past 20 years using the names of people who had already died, according to an analysis released on Monday. A spokesman for Secretary of State Cathy Cox said the federal Motor Voter Law made it more difficult to remove ineligible voters from active voting rolls.

Nov. 7, 2000: From the Wall Street Journal, accounts of vote tampering because of the recently enacted “moter-voter” registration laws begin even on Election day.

Gore Workers Give Smokes for Votes
Nov. 6, 2000: Gore campaign volunteers were caught doling out cigarettes to homeless people being recruited for their votes, WISN-TV reported Sunday in Milwaukee. A Milwaukee Rescue Mission employee found the Gore workers “trying to bribe” people with cigarettes and ordered them off the property, the station reported.

Voter Fraud a Risk This Election
Nov. 6, 2000: The risk of electronic vote fraud in this year’s presidential election is real. It is more than a risk: it is a certainty. It has occurred here in Florida, repeatedly. And Florida’s electoral votes may tip this election to Gore or Bush. Help Stop Vote Fraud
After the election this week, I believe we voters are going to have to ask our House of Representatives to request a session of discussion to try to analyze the problems of voter mix-ups and fraud that seemed to prevail from too many voter areas.
