There are many mega-sites on the Internet listing every history site there is; we have tried to be selective and only list those sites we have found to be truly productive in accomplishing two things:

Giving parents and other educators resources from which to choose to further their own education, by listing sites that give decent overviews and go into further depth;

Giving parents and children resources from which to choose that can easily be used to supplement the teaching or learning of history in home and private schools.
